As possibly suspected by his name, Jean (Jahwn) was born in Haiti. He moved to Florida six years ago from New Jersey where he worked in banking and real estate for approximately 30 years. Aurora Canter was born and raised in Peru. In 2001 she moved to the United States to Oklahoma City where she lived with her family for three and half years. In 2004 she relocated to Florida, the Sunshine State. She has worked for Marion Oaks Realty as an office assistant since 2016. She is bilingual, English/Spanish.

Has been a resident of Marion Oaks since 1980 and previously lived in New York and Puerto Rico. Vice President and Treasurer of Marion Oaks Realty since 2008; as Marketing Director, creates strategies to meet company objectives. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She has been married for 47 years, has one daughter, a granddaughter, and a grandson, which are her life. She started working at a very young age in customer service. In 2002, after many years of experience in Puerto Rico and New York, she moved to Florida and started working with Marion Oaks Realty as an administrative assistant. After two years, she obtained her real estate license and, since then, has worked as a real estate agent for Marion Oaks Realty.
